Bear Creek Home Design provides residential design services creating practical, build-ready plans for custom homes, ADUs, and small residential structures. Based in Oregon and serving Clackamas County and surrounding areas, we focus on designs that are permit-ready, buildable, and grounded in real-world construction.

Bear Creek Home Design was founded by Micah Reafsnyder, a designer with hands-on experience in construction, site work, excavation, and residential building. That experience shapes a practical understanding of how ideas move from concept to construction, informing layout decisions, framing strategies, and how drawings translate into materials, labor, and sequencing in the field. The result is design work that balances craftsmanship with real-world buildability.
